To promote the healthy development of Sichuan hotpot industry, actively supporting local cuisines and specialty food businesses in "going global," and accelerating the internationalization of Sichuan cuisine and hotpot culture—this was the mission behind the "2018 (First) World Sichuan Hotpot Competition," hosted by the World Federation of Chinese Catering Industry, organized by the Sichuan Hotpot Association, and co-organized with the participation of Chengdu Zhongkehuali Machinery Co., Ltd. The event kicked off smoothly on the 20th in Shuangliu, Chengdu. Hotpot enterprises and suppliers from around the globe gathered at the competition, showcasing the remarkable achievements of Sichuan hotpot businesses worldwide and further enhancing the industry's global influence.
This competition saw 50 companies competing in a thrilling and intense atmosphere, with each team showcasing their signature skills. After comprehensive evaluations by the judges, the event culminated in the announcement of prestigious awards, including the International Famous Hot Pot Award, the Golden Hot Pot Award, and the Red Hot Pot Award, among others.
Meanwhile, the World Sichuan Cuisine Conference Awards Ceremony was also successfully held on the evening of September 21 at the ChuanTou International Hotel, where numerous awards were presented. Our company was honored with the "Tianfu Cup" World Sichuan Cuisine Outstanding Partner Award.
This is a testament to the recognition and encouragement of our company's efforts in the Sichuan cuisine and hotpot industries.
