Within or beyond the warranty period, if the equipment malfunctions, our company ensures that, upon receiving notification, our technicians will arrive on-site within the specified timeframe and promptly begin repairs.

Ensure product quality:

Our company's quality inspectors rigorously adhere to product execution standards, assigning specific responsibilities to designated personnel to ensure a 100% pass rate for all products leaving the factory.

Strict product warranty:

All customers who purchase the device are entitled to a one-year warranty. The product comes with a 12-month warranty period, during which our company will provide free repairs and replacements for any component damage caused by quality issues. However, if the equipment is damaged due to user-induced factors, repairs or replacement parts provided by us will be billed at cost price.

Free technical training:

All customers who purchase a machine are eligible to attend free technical training at our company. The training covers the machine's operating principles, technical requirements, as well as equipment maintenance and upkeep, among other topics.

On-site terminal service:
